In my life, I have gotten used to not trusting people to do a job right, so it was a breath of fresh air to find Nicole. She is quick, responsive to my calls, emails, and texts, and knows everything there is to know about the Los Angeles area and Real Estate! Here are a few of the main points: 1. Nicole is a go-getter when it comes to finding you the RIGHT home. Instead of just regurgitating what the websites have, she uses her experience to know exactly what house will work with you and in what location. She does not waste your time looking at all available houses in your search limits. For us, she knew our financial and work situation, and found us a house in an area I originally was not interested in. At the end I asked her why she decided to show us that house, and her reply was that she knew when she first met us what was going to work and not work. 2. I didn't need someone to do a redfin/zillow search for me. I needed someone who was an expert in the areas of Los Angeles that I was interested in. Her knowledge is priceless during home buying. She knows exactly what streets are in each zip code (impressive really). She knows what each zip code is worth; down to the street! Nicole knows the market like no one else and can make smart decisions for you that you would not be able to make on your own without her expertise. 3. Nicole is FAST and responsive to all of my texts, emails, and calls with my neverending questions. Adriana (her assistant) is equally knowledgeable and quick to reply to my emails. These two make themselves available on weekends and holidays too! I really appreciated this when we were in escrow during Thanksgiving! 4. Nicole took the time to explain EVERYTHING to me! We went through each page of documents together and she was able to explain things very clearly. Even if I didn't need or ask for the explanations, she made sure I was up-to-date on all the contracts and issues that were going on during the whole process. Being a first time home buyer, I depended on her being able to do this and answer all my questions. 5. (VERY IMPORTANT) Nicole was able to work through ALL of the many issues that came up during our home buying process! There was never any giving up! We went through FHA, so had to go through a slew of inspections, appraisal...seemingly never ending issues with one thing or another, and Nicole took care of ALL OF THEM like a champ! She just did amazing work with us. We had an especially difficult situation. 6. The professionalism of Nicole and her office was nice to experience. Selling a house was secondary to meeting our needs. She never pressured or rushed us. Even suggested we wait a year till things were better for us. She denied a bunch of houses that I would send to her because they were unsafe or not in a good location or by a freeway. 7. Nicole was able to get us the RIGHT price for the house. Her negotiating skills brought the cost of our house down over 35k. She knew how to use the right documents and the value of what we should pay for our house. I can't say enough good things about Nicole and Adriana. I will continue to use her in all our real estate needs. If you need a bulldog in your corner, go with Nicole. Plus she has a nice office!
