Growing up in Terre Haute, Indiana, Nicole earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Nursing from Indiana University, completing her degree in just 16 months through an accelerated program. Before entering real estate, she worked as a NICU RN, where her compassion and dedication shaped her approach to client relationships. Nicole's journey into real estate began in 2019 after a personal experience with an agent during a home flip. Determined to provide better service, she obtained her real estate license through a 15-day accelerated course. Her love for design and new builds further drives her passion for helping clients find or create their dream homes. Outside of real estate, Nicole is passionate about traveling, staying active, and enjoying outdoor adventures with her family and friends. She is also dedicated to giving back to her community through her involvement with Horizon House, Indiana Diaper Bank, and Gleaners Food Bank, reflecting her commitment to making a positive impact both personally and professionally.
