She made it easy for us every step of the way, for both buying the new house and selling the old one. The purchase of our new house was contingent upon selling our old house within 30 days. We hadnt even started getting the old house ready to be sold. I was beyond stressed, but Nicole broke everything down so it was simple. She even helped us with some of the heavy lifting!
