Nicole is unlike any other agent I have worked with in the past and I believe strongly that she was able to sell my house at a much higher premium than another agent could have all due to her approach and her knowledge of the market, how she presented my property and how she handled the negotiation process. For example, Nicoles approach was to stage my house with a modern design which allowed buyers to see the vision of all the potential of the house outside of the basic traditional design. Nicole is also extremely personable, professional, always approachable and treats you as her most important and most prioritized client all the time whether it is a $500,000 property or a $5 million dollar property. I cant say enough good things about my experience selling and buying properties with Nicole aEUR" you will never work with any other agent again, I know I won't.

Broker on other side was fine but not excellent. Did not respond to questions over email and had to call to get answers. Not as professional in communication

I needed a team that was empathetic to my financial state, able to seemlessly navigate a unique application process, AND do so via e-mail only. I moved to Boston from out of state to the newest and likely best possible building and neighborhood one could expect to afford having never even stepped foot in the building. I'm extremely happy and grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the 617 Living Team. If it weren't for the 617 Living Team, I would not be enjoying all that city living has to offer. After talking to about two dozen brokers, I have to say, I was unhappy, unimpressed and annoyed by all of my encounters. I was truly concerned that we would not find a place that we would be happy with. That is, until I came across Nicole. She was the first person who really took the time to ask the questions regarding more than just the basic needs of finding a space (# of BR, baths, budget). She wanted to learn more about our likes, dislikes, pet needs, work locations, desire to walk, types of things we enjoyed, etc. in order to be able to make the best recommendation possible. She truly wanted to find the best place for us and that was evident. She also never came across like she was trying to up-sell and put us in a place where we were uncomfortable in any way. We were visiting Boston over a weekend to decide on a apartment and Nicole was spot on time, quick on email responses. While other rental agents just wanted us to go big or clearly played favorites. I provided her with very detailed requirements: I needed to be no more than 20 minutes walking distance from work, 20 minutes walking distance to/from any gym, the apt needed to be fairly new and, last but not least, stay within budget. With every place we visited, Nicole was able to let me know how far away I was from any of these desired destinations. All apartments shown were in the range, some higher, some lower so that I could make the right choice "for me". Nicole accomplished all things in one day. She drove myself, a friend and family member around the city all day long. In and out we went, always trying to understand the good, the bad and the ugly of each apt we visited. This is what I loved about her. She not only listened, she also had everything lined for me so that I would not be wasting any time.
