ZillowVERIFIEDThank goodness for social media; that's where I found her. We weren't sure where we wanted to live in Phx, we were new and trying to figure out where we wanted to land. I watched countless videos of diff realtors and Nicole checked all the boxes. We knew it was gonna be a good match, but still did her intro meeting just to confirm and decided to work together. I had been house hunting for about 4 mos before reaching out to Nicole. We had somewhat narrowed down the area and some of our must have, but she helped narrow down the rest. She listened and compiled a list of properties my husband and I could look at, which consisted of builders and communities I had never even heard of. After a weekend of houses, we decided on the first one we looked at and presented an offer. This was a model we hadn't considered, because it was just outside our range, but because of all the new build incentives they were offering, Nicole negotiated and got us our dream home!
