To start, I spent one or two days looking in each of the neighborhoods I selected and checking out listings while Nicole told me about the pros/cons and the different things she saw in each house and community. I was a very indecisive home shopper, so I definitely tested Nicole?s knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and she provided excellent responses. Most important to me, Nicole was always honest with me about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and I always felt that she truly had my best interests at heart. In the future, if I ever decide to move, I will definitely use Nicole again to both sell my home and find a new one.
