Let me preface by saying before working with Nicole I did not think highly of real estate agents or that they were worth the cost. Nicole proved that wrong. Not only did she help us negotiate a favorable cost for purchasing our new home but she also guided us through every step of the process and was intricate in selling our old home. She is extremely responsive, always accessible, and goes out of her way to make you feel like you are the only person she is working with. She was extremely knowledgeable of the purchase and sale processes and put that knowledge to good use throughout to secure favorable deals on both ends. Perhaps her biggest strength was her judgement in how she handled communications. Knowing what to pass along to us, what to push back, and what to defer to the attorney on were all on point. If we ever purchase another home there is on doubt we would work with Nicole again.
