Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable and professional, negotiating an extremely fast and record breaking sale for our home. She responded immediately to any calls and addressed our questions with expertise and efficiency. We were moving out of state and had to catch our flight before the movers had finished packing our home. Stephanie kindly offered to check our home when the movers had finished. The movers notified Stephanie that they were done but upon arrival she found a household of furnishings and a mess. Unable to get the movers to return to complete the contracted move, Stephanie obtained help and had the remaining items moved into the garage until we could arrange to have it picked up. Stephanie made multiple trips to our home, took pictures of the remaining household items and forwarded them to us. On our purchase, we searched for months (9 in total). He was pro-active in keeping us in the loop of what was happening with all aspects of the home purchase, and quickly responded to any questions we had along the way. He advised on which properties we were interested in would make the best investment, and once we decided on the place we wanted to buy, he encouraged us to make an offer quickly because he didn't think the property would remain on the market very long. A situation arose with the seller. Todd consulted with the Jonville Team to come up with the best strategy to mitigate the issue.
