She stayed in constant communication with me and made selling my home a set it and forget it process. She worked her magic and we were both blown away with the offer we received! ZillowVERIFIED Nicki was incredible to work with for purchasing my first home! She was readily available to answer questions and give me her opinion when I asked for it. She was honest, truthful, and upfront about the process and what needed to be done to secure the house I wanted. She encouraged me to provide extra information when I put an offer down on the house, to be told that was the deal breaker for the seller, and my offer was accepted. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for a new home in the Duluth area to consider working with Nicki. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my purchase and walked me through the necessary steps to now be happily living in my new home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicki made us feel confident when buying our first home. She was quick to respond to any request for a showing, and was able to find beautiful houses as soon as they hit the market. Nicki answered all of our questions, and give us her perspective when looking for our home. She was refreshingly honest and was able to point out things we may have missed, and made sure we got the best deal.

ZillowVERIFIED I have used Nicki three times for the purchase of two houses and the sale of one. For all three, she was magnificent! Her knowledge and skill in the market got me into my first home at a great price. Her skills of negotiation were the reason our offer was accepted over others for the purchase of our current home. And her knowledge of the market and extensive networking skills got us offers and a cash deal above asking price when we were ready to sell that first home. She is absolutely a 5 star agent (if I could give more stars, I would!), and a great person as well. It is no surprise to me that she is one of the top agents in our area. You would do well to work with her!

ZillowVERIFIED Appreciated how responsive Nicki was during the whole process. She was always available to answer our high-maintenance questions as they came up. Her input was also appreciated throughout the process. You dont sell a house every day so not knowing the process and ins and outs, she guided us through that well and made it easier and less daunting. Thanks for all of your help Nicki!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicki always answered calls and responded to texts and emails promptly. House sold in about a week after being listed so no complaints there. She even was there to help when making an offer on a new home several hours away.

ZillowVERIFIED I cold emailed 3 Duluth agents when we planned to move here. Nicki was the only one to respond and we are so glad! She is very likable and that helps to start when one to one interaction is so critical. But, she knows Duluth and when she answered my questions about resale, etc. I remember telling her, I need to start listening to what you are telling me. Ultimately, she helped me find the house I wanted that fit the criteria I set forth. Then the hard stuff began-negotiations, dealing with crazy seller, inspections, time frames, etc. Nicki sailed us through the process and from our vantage point out of state, she was so helpful to us. If I ever do sell this dream house, I will call Nicki, no doubt.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Nicki on several transactions and would highly recommend her! Most recently, she helped us sell our house in less than a week, in a difficult market. By Helping us price the property effectively, we were happy with what we received, even had competing offers! She was able to help us evaluate both and take the best offer for our property. We also worked with her in great detail on our purchase of a new construction home. She helped us work with the builder from initial lot excavation discussions all the way to interior options, etc. She helped us through the many negotiations, details and discussions with the builder throughout the project. We were able to completely rely on her advice and know how to get us to the closing. We couldnt have asked for a better agent to walk us through two real estate closings in 6 months time!!
