Nick Weidner

I was born and raised in the Wichita area and currently reside in Andover with my wife and two dogs. I earned my bachelor's degree from Wichita State University and my MBA from University of Missouri-Kansas City, bringing a strong educational foundation to my career.

Before transitioning into real estate in 2018, I spent nearly 20 years in retail management and human resources. Since making the move, I have worked to build a reputation for exceptional client service and a genuine passion for helping people; guiding 100's of clients through the buying and selling process across South Central Kansas.

In addition to serving my own clients, I spent almost 3 years providing coaching and mentoring to over a dozen agents, helping them to grow their businesses and better serve their own clients - working to show a true reflection of our collaborative culture at ReeceNichols.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy giving back to the community by volunteering at the Sedgwick County Zoo where I assist in the gorilla area. My wife & I were honored to be recognized as the 2025 Rogers' Family Volunteers of the Year!

When I'm not at the zoo or with clients, you'll likely find my wife & I traveling or simply enjoying time at home with our 2 dogs.
