ZillowVERIFIED We had a disappointing experience overall. Our realtor was pleasant and courteous, but communication was a consistent issue throughout the entire process. We frequently had to reach out first to get updates or ask for information. Rather than proactively keeping us informed, we often felt like we had to chase down answers. There were several situations involving the house where we only received updates after asking multiple times. This made an already stressful home-buying process much more frustrating than it needed to be. Timely communication and proactive follow-up are essential qualities in a realtor, and unfortunately, those expectations were not met. We never felt like we were a priority, and it often took longer than expected to receive responses to our questions. While he was always kind and professional in his interactions with us, we believe there is significant room for improvement when it comes to communication, responsiveness, and keeping clients informed without having to be prompted.

We were just going to open houses on our own. We happened to stumble across a house that was in our price range, preffered location and was definitely what we were looking for in a home. As with everyone we had a few friends who highly recommended one agent or another. And Nick was one of them. We gave him a call late at night and he got us started. We made the right choice. Not only was he personable, easy to work with and answered any questions we had about the process (and I had a lot!) He also recommended we go with a great lender so the whole process was seemless. Even when there were speed bumps Nick went above and beyond to make sure everything went back on track and now here we are. ZillowVERIFIED Nick is a nice guy but lacks negotiating skills and professionalism. During the home touring stage he was very responsive, but once we found a house and started the buying process he was nowhere to be found. He rarely answered/returned calls, and when he did it was often late at night via texts. He ignored our concerns and basically ran out the clock until closing. At one point, my wife and I joked that he must be related to the sellers. But all joking aside, his inability or unwillingness to negotiate on our behalf cost us $1200 for a bad AC along with several repairs. Unfortunately, as nice as Nick is to chat with I could not recommend him to anyone for real estate services.
