ZillowVERIFIEDI decided to make a move because I was looking for a better climate, a better neighborhood, and more value for my money in real estate. I wanted a fresh start in a place that fit my lifestyle a bit better. In a realtor, I was looking for someone who really knows the local market, sets clear and realistic expectations, and is willing to support me through my unique situations. It was important to me to work with someone who communicates well and is proactive throughout the entire process. Nick demonstrated all of those qualities. He took the time to understand my needs, was knowledgeable about the market, and made it clear that he was willing to help any way he could. What I valued most about his service was how proactive and supportive he was. Nick consistently kept me updated at every step and helped set realistic expectations around timing and pricing. He also went the extra mile in ways that really matteredaEUR"helping with things I couldnt handle because I was out of town like spraying weeds and securing the hot water tank. That level of effort made a big difference. He was always understanding, listened to my concerns, and worked around any issues that came up. My advice to potential buyers or sellers would be to choose a realtor who communicates clearly, sets honest expectations, and is willing to go the extra mile. Having someone who truly supports you and keeps you informed throughout the process makes everything much smoother and less stressful.

He helped every step of the way: He promptly answered my phone calls and shred his knowledge and expertise with me as he guided me through the buying process. His advice kept me on track and made the sale possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Review of Nick Supik, Associate Broker, Century 21 Frontier Realty I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick Supik, an Associate Broker with Century 21 Frontier Realty, to sell my Moon Township home, and I couldn't be more impressed. From our initial meeting, it was clear that Nick was a dedicated and highly motivated professional. When interviewing realtors, Nick stood out significantly. He arrived more prepared than anyone else, demonstrating a thorough understanding of my property and the local market. It was evident he had done his research, giving me confidence in his abilities from the start. Throughout the process, Nick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing valuable tips and hints to attract potential buyers. He guided me through each step with clarity and expertise, making the entire experience less stressful. One of the most impressive aspects of Nick's service was the user-friendly website he provided. It streamlined the scheduling of home showings, open houses, repairs, and communications, offering immediate updates and keeping me informed every step of the way. Nick's meticulous attention to detail proved to be the key to securing a buyer for my home. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled flawlessly, and then held my hand all the way through closing. Nick Supik delivered an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a competent realtor in the area. I will be referring him frequently to friends and family. Thank you, Nick, for your exceptional service!

ZillowVERIFIED Our family lived in the Beaver Valley, PA area for 5 A 1/2 years and were moving due to a job relocation. We loved the beauty of our neighborhood, the quaint neighborhood, and the kind neighbors. When vetting realtors to use; identifying someone who understood the market, the amenities of our home, and the value of our home based on the market and location were very important. We landed on Nick Supik due to his professionalism, our ability to connect on a personal level and, our feeling, that his market analysis was more accurate for our home. We sold our home so quickly that we did not really have a chance to see the marketing prowess of Century 21; but what I appreciated most about Nick was his ability to identify a list price that valued our home and proved to be very appealing to potential buyers. If you are selling your home; identify someone who can help you understand the market, give you ideas to prepare your home for listing; then give you the best tools to achieve that sale. Also, prepare the home, de-clutter (even if you have to rent and move things to a temporary storage unitaEUR|.less is more) and make it shine. Updates/remodeled living areas/kitchens and baths can really give a buyer a aEUR~new home feel and can pay off in the end; if your realtor understands the added value these updates bring and understands whether these are what buyers want in a aEUR~new, yet old, home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have been working with Nick for a while now. He showed us some potential rental properties and more recently helped us find our new home! The process of finding our new home wasnt an easy decision to make but working with Nick made everything so smooth. This was my first time buying a house and Nick was on top of everything. He was quick to respond and quick with all the documentation. He was available and willing to answer any questions. I am looking forward to working with him to sell our old house. If your looking for a realtor he is your guy!

ZillowVERIFIED We have been contemplating a move for a while, primarily due to downsizing our space, and we decided to find a home to fit our needs but first, we needed to prepare to sell our current home and Nick Supik provided that for us. Nick took the time to meet with us and he recommended preparing our home for sale by addressing any maintenance issues and staging it to showcase its full potential. He shared his expertise in pricing and marketing strategies to attract the right buyers and maximize our property's value. We wanted someone who would prioritize our needs and preferences, guide us through the complex process with professionalism, and ultimately, help us find the right buyer. What I valued the most about his service was his commitment and proactive process. He went above and beyond our expectations and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. His overall communication with honesty and trust is the key to a successful and satisfactory real estate experience. Our house was placed on the market and came in with many offers and sold within a few days. I would highly recommend Nick Supik to make your selling or buying of a home the best experience possible.

ZillowVERIFIED Polite, experienced, mature, decisions well thought out and where necessary well documented. Video of property was professionally done and included all salient aspects of the property. Kept us completely informed about the interest in the property. Offers were scrutinized and any counteroffers were discussed together. Offered numerable tips on getting the property ready for sale. He kept us informed through-out the entire process and responded immediately to any inquires. There were times when I could tell he removed himself from other meetings to discuss our matter(s). After taking our property off the market last year he was the first to call and offer his services, suggesting several things that he could see that would make the property more saleable. He continued to follow up in a not so invasive manner.

ZillowVERIFIED We did not call and hire Nick. He sought us out by putting himself out there and doing his homework on local sellers in the area. We initially were going to do a FOR-SALE-BY-OWNER, and boy am I ever glad that we brought Nick on board. He made the ENTIRE PROCESS much smoother. From the top notch professional photography, to timely and relevant communications, to showing the house, and advising us on procedures, to giving us proper expectations without inflating or squashing our dreams in the process. It simply doesnt get better than this guy. While we found the house of our dreams, if and when we ever move again, you better believe Nick will be part of that process! We cant recommend him highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I have several friends and family that are Real Estate agents. I decided to not hurt anyones feelings, I was going to decide to find someone else. I received a post card in the mail, and gave Nick a call. He came to my home the next day with a 2 year market analysis of my community. Hard working and I know I had a few melt downs with the stress and he walked me through everything and very helpful in situations I was concerned with.I highly recommend Nick SUPIK!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Nick has been beyond our expectations. He is professional, approachable, attentive, and offered us pertinent advice. We had listed with another agent prior to Nick with no valid showings for our properties over a period of 8 months. Less than 12 hours after listing with Nick we had multiple showings scheduled over 7 days, resulting in 3 offers. We highly recommend Nick Supik. Gloria and Roger Wenzel
