1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Get pre approved. You never know how much you can spend until you talk to a lender. The last thing you want to do is to fall in love with a home and have the financial aspect not pan out.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Talk with an agent. Before you remodel your bathroom or bedrooms or lay new carpet or paint talk to an agent. We know what buyers are looking for and we can help you maximize your home value with the right upgrades.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
My team and I work with all types of clients. We average over 250 closed transactions every year and we love to participate in the process of buying or selling a home. We know how to guide you from the pre approval process all the way to moving in as a buyer. As a seller we can guide you through the best upgrades to make in your home and we work tirelessly to make sure you get most for your home.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
We recently helped a buyer negotiate $50,000 off the list price. With a combination of great communication with the listing agent and making sure we had all our ducks in a row we made it a slam dunk for our buyers. On the listing side we recently helped a seller save over $30,000 in repairs. When it comes to our clients we know often times they will buy or sell only a couple of times and we want to make sure its as stress free as possible.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I started in Real Estate close to 20 years ago as a solo agent trying to provide a better life for my family. When the market crashed I was pushed beyond my expectations and made it my mission to help as many families survive the market as possible. As the market evened out and started to pick up I built my team around core principals of serving our clients at our highest level in order to save kids. Our greatest mission as real estate agents is to help vulnerable children near to us and around the world by giving them an opportunity to thrive. We started a foundation called Sell a Home Save a Child. Each year we give back to help children and it drives us to be the best we can be.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
As a team we have helped to negotiate over 4000 real estate transactions. Landing is in the top 100 teams nation wide on the Wall Street Journal.
