About Nick Sempert
After meeting Nick, you will quickly understand his commitment to hard work, integrity, and dedication to his clients. Born and raised in Michigan on a family farm he took his business acumen to Chicago where he focused in corporate IT sales and solutions for over a decade. Both backgrounds taught him how to be a great listener and focus on the details of his clients. Those details were met with immediate and consistent action and execution of specific needs of expertise that lead to long lasting relationships due to his willingness to supply phenomenal customer service. After moving to Charlotte in 2014, he opened up a tech start-up estate sale office and immediately turned it into the top producing location as he oversaw everything from sales to operations while managing client expectations during stressful life situations. Working with people in a time of struggle, it got Nick engrossed in the Queen City community and beyond. His work with personal property allowed him to work with some of the area's finest referral networks and made him a "go to" and trustworthy contact within the real estate industry. Community Involvement
I am active in supporting foster care families and raising money for scholarships for kids in the Carolinas to go to college. Work with public and private schools around the Lake Norman area to advice relocation of families with information on housing, athletics, and important community events. Active in coaching baseball and soccer and run the Michigan State Alumni Association for the Greater Charlotte area.
