ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough about Nick really, hes everything you will need in a realtor to be sure. I was eager to write because he worked so hard on this sale, eager because he has really earned this one. It was a forclosure, a logged property, with a non liveable home to begin with. But, it was also a property with many advantages, and just happened to be just about what I was looking for. But...There were issues. The place had been deforested, and the loggers left it a mess. A forest fire waiting to happen. And then there was a neighbor... Apparently some guy drove up and announced that he had full rights to use the driveway that went right between the home and the garage, through to this guys property. And then he left. No name, no contact info, just tail lights. There were also a number of utility easements on the property. And an old propane tank. Not to mention I live seven hours away, straight through. Nick worked diligently with me, always staying in contact assuming he had internet, this place is remote, and even calling me when appropriate. He worked tirelessly for weeks with the title company to get these issues resolved. There was a surveyor who had to be hired to establish an easement for the neighbor. A lawyer had also to be hired to complete the legal paperwork for the county. Nick was in the process of getting hitched, and even answered a couple of questions on his honeymoon in Jamaica ! He was even nice to me when I was about to lose my sh t with the title company, as my patience had been exhausted. I cant say enough for the guy really, above and beyond. He listed it in a positive light and did find the right buyer for the property. He made good suggestions to have the property show well. He was honest with us about feedback given by potential buyers. He always provided us with plenty of notice so we could alert tenants about showings. He maintained great communication with us, always promptly returning calls or text messages. He is professional and courteous. If we decide to sell any property in the future, we will engage Nick to be our agent.

Showed us numerous homes and was really flexible with showing times to work into our schedule. When a new house would hit the market, hed make sure we were one of the first showings so if we liked it, we could make sure we could get in an offer. Wouldnt work with anyone else.
