Our managing Broker - Nick Polyushkin is enthusiastic, positive and charismatic, with a solid understanding of investment markets and a tremendous passion to real estate and brokerage business. He is a founder and a managing Broker of Florida's premier Brokerage firm - Vera Realty. He specializes in the great state of Florida and really loves assisting and supporting his clients, agents and business partners. Before starting his real estate career in Florida, Nick worked in Finance and Marketing industries. His experience in finance surely benefits his clients. Nick and his family have lived in Palm Beach, Miami-Dade and Broward counties and experienced living in all South Florida. Nick graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Master's Degree in Economics from University of Miami. Nick enjoys traveling, outdoor sports and water sports. Being proactive and being involved in charities and volunteering, Nick is interested in helping people. Also Nick is fluent in Russian and has an extensive international experience.
