About Nick Mastrangelo Jr
Nick is a lifelong Orange native who grew up surrounded by real estate. Some of Nick's earliest memories involve being in the office, listening in on conversations, and slowly gaining an understanding of the business from the ground up. He graduated from Marist College in 2023 with a B.S. in Cybersecurity, and earned his real estate license while attending school. After college, he spent two years working at a large corporation where he developed a strong professional foundation. Eventually, he chose to return to the field he had always felt most connected to. Today, Nick works full time with the Regional Properties Team at Coldwell Banker Realty, built on decades of experience and a strong local reputation. With a focus on honesty, clarity, and client care, he is committed to helping his clients navigate their real estate journeys with confidence, backed by a team that knows how to get things done the right way.

FAQ
Get your financing solid first, know your numbers, and don’t rush just because the market feels competitive. A strong offer is not always the highest price. Structure, timing, and guidance matter. Buy with a clear head, not emotion.
Price it correctly from day one and focus on presentation. The first two weeks matter most. A clean, well prepared home with the right pricing and strategy will always outperform one that chases the market later.
I have worked with everybody from renters, first-time buyers, move-up sellers, downsizers, investors, and homeowners navigating more complex situations like probate, foreclosure, and estate sales.
One transaction that stands out involved a buyer who signaled late in the process that they likely would not be able to make it to the finish line. Because we had already secured a strong backup offer, we were able to pivot immediately, keep momentum, and close without losing time or leverage. It reinforced how important preparation and having a plan B can be in any transaction.
I grew up around real estate and watched my dad since a young age handle deals up close, especially foreclosure properties. After working a corporate job, I realized I wanted something more hands on and meaningful. Real estate felt natural, and transitioning to a full-time role on my father's team just made sense.
Yes. My background is in cybersecurity, which taught me to pay close attention to details and think through risk. Combined with hands-on experience in foreclosure sales, probate sales, and complex situations, it helps me catch issues early and keep transactions on track.
