Nick was always extremely patient with me especially with each of my "crazy lady" episodes. He was very quick to respond and answered all my questions with thought and accuracy. There were times he didn't know the immediate answer and told me. He would take the time to get the answers I needed rather than just tell me what he thought I wanted to hear. I KNOW dealing with prospective new home owners requires honesty, patience, compassion, and respect... Nick has all of that and then some. He would meet me at the house on Sunday after lunch with his wife just so I could take measurements in preparation for the changes I wanted to make. He set up people to come and provide estimates and made sure I had many options to chose from. Working with Nick also gave me access to his inspection people, loan people, all his people! They were equally professional and held my hand through this exciting but stressful process. So, thank you Nick! We are LOVING our new home!
