Having a mother in the real estate industry since Christinas birth she has been around real estate for almost 30 years As a child she grew up helping her mom deliver flyers stuff mailings put postage on newsletters and postcards In high school Christina worked as the receptionist for Coldwell Banker in Gig Harbor and also assisted a top producer in the office She then pursued a Business and Communications degree from Western Washington University After graduation she worked in the finance industry and served as a lender for over 5 years at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Cobalt MortgageAfter her experience in the lending industry Christina decided to move to the city and accepted a position at Zillows Headquarters as a National Account Executive She quickly rose to become the top producer month after month on the New Construction team assisting large national builders with their online presence and advertising While Christina loved the company and its culture she yearned for more gratification in her career and purposeThroughout Christinas life and career one thing has remained constant her involvement in the real estate industry In 2015 she made the decision to obtain her real estate license and teamed up with her beloved and trusted mother who had been Christinas mentor for 29 years Together Christina and Sue formed a dynamic duo taking pride in the business and growing it into what you see todayActive in the community Christina is involved in non profit work and her local church She finds joy in helping and serving others Real estate brings pure joy to Christina she loves helping friends find places to call homeNick is a Pacific Northwest native who grew up in the Puyallup area and attended college at Seattle Pacific University where he majored in Finance and Marketing Before joining his wife at Dwell Home Team Nick worked in the real estate tech including 11 years at Zillow where he served as Senior Director overseeing various sales and operations teamsSimilar to his wife Nick is committed to re imagining the real estate process to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients This is accomplished through deep industry and local knowledge employing cutting edge marketing techniques and leveraging years of negotiating expertise
