Nick Dowling

A long time resident of the area, Nick knows the area well and loves to share the beauty of the Black Hills with buyers and help sellers achieve their goals. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Nick spent time as an entrepreneur in the communications and construction industries, as well as the last four years in the health care industry.

This experience has made him knowledgeable in a broad spectrum of areas and strengthened his awareness for the necessity of a simplified buying and selling experience. Relationships are especially important to Nick and he works relentlessly to help clients achieve their goals. Problem solving is a key component to Nick's success in real estate.

When not assisting buyers and sellers, he enjoys the time he has to spend with family and friends in the outdoors, barbecue nights in the backyard, and camping and hiking with his wife, Cristina.
