Hey, my name is Nick! I'm a NJ native turned Florida local, and I help people get into their dream homes & businesses and seal the deal for investment properties. I am a real estate agent at Next Home South Pointe in St. Pete. I have that northeast hustle in my blood, so I love closing deals super fast. I'm also a licensed mold inspector & I have a background in general contracting and flipping houses, so I help my clients spot issues that other real estate agents typically miss. The reason I got into this business is because I saw people I care about getting into homes that were unsafe and turned into a nightmare.
