ZillowVERIFIEDby the grace of God he led me to Nick in 10 days later after I went live I had a full price offer. Nick worked the deal and I watched as God worked through him to take care of everything where I had to deal with nothing. I highly recommend Nick as a realtor to trust and work with.

ZillowVERIFIED If your looking for a realtor that goes to heights to be sure you have the time to make an educated decision on which home your choosing, and making sure you get everything you need from Inspections to negotiations, Nick is your guy. He was able to save us $15,000 off the asking price of the home and went so far as to negotiate past our expectations. He was readily available each day and the whole process from start to finish was seamless. We are happy to say we found the exact home we were looking for and confident in our decision with Nicks professional help. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS REAL ESTATE AGENT!

ZillowVERIFIED I could not be happier with the whole house buying experience thanks to Nick! He took the time to learn exactly what I was looking for, and only showed me properties that fit my criteria. As we looked at houses, and I started to see things that I liked and did not like he was tweaking and fine honing the properties we looked at. Once we found the perfect house for me the process could not have gone better! Honestly, it went so good. It made me nervous because there were no hiccups! His communication skills with me and making sure I understood the whole process were perfect! I cannot recommend him enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Barb Brooks spent 4 days with us driving around punta gorda and Venice looking at over 20 properties. She was very helpful in narrowing down choices until we arrived at our selection. She advised us on offer and down-payment strategies and we made a successful offer. And Nick Demers has guided us through all the associated paperwork and that has gone smoothly also.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick is not the aEURoeguaranteed sales guyaEUR? unless you want to sell at a loss. He refuses to let me out of my contract even though there is no interest in my house. He said he would let me out of the contract by just asking. I asked and he refused. He just wants me to lower my price so that I lose money and he gets a nice commission. You can find someone better.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick Demers, is extremely knowlegable and professional. We have sold a home and bought a home with him. When we bought our home we did it from out of town. He took care of everything for us from meeting the inspector to handling the walk through before closing. My husband and I fully trust him and can highly recommend him for either selling or buying a home in Southwest Florida.

ZillowVERIFIED THIS IS THE BEST REALTOR TO SELL YOUR HOME! We chose Nick and without any trouble he sold our home for full price. Even when the buyers lender closed its doors one day before closing, Nick had them approved with another and we closed in two weeks! The pictures, videos and 3D tours looked so much better than when we had originally purchased the home. We are very happy to use Nick and would recommend him to sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Moving to Florida in search of a high-end home comes with a high level of expectation from a real estate agent, and our realtor Nick definitely met our standards! He accommodated our schedules when we were in town, proved very knowledgable, addressed any issues with the home, followed through with many inspections in our absence, and over-saw all necessary repairs. We knew from the start Nick was the right, qualified agent we expected, and are thrilled with our new home! He even helped us save over $100,000 off the purchase price, including many furnishings and artwork. Be sure to get the right realtor working for you by calling Nick!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was solid from the very beginning. I could not have asked for better representation. I sold my home the first day out for over the asking price! I was in Calif during the sale and escrow process, and not once did I feel out of touch with every step. I was very impressed with Nick. His knowledge is 100%! He went above and beyond to make it a smooth process. I just wish I had found him when I purchased the home. I trusted the people he recommended for work estimates, and am very happy i did. ZillowVERIFIED I grew up in a Real Estate, Development family. I continue to assist, where I can. Finding the right agent, asking all the difficult questions regarding the process, to "Sell" not just get the Listing and play the price reduction game.Personality, trustworthiness, knowledge, experience, promptness, communicative skills, truly caring about his client - not simply years in biz, because some continue to me marginal their entire careers. Nick will be my agent and I will refer him, as he possesses every quality I was seeking.

Nick called within 3 minutes and was the only one who did. He was very patient with us and 8 - 9 months later our house in Arizona sold, we flew down and he hand carried us thru the whole process.
