My wife and I wandered in to an open house that Nick was hosting on a Saturday prior to being 100% serious about moving. We kept his contact info and a week or so later began looking a properties with him. Nick is knowledgeable and patient. We looked at several properties in the small area we were interested in. We had some very specific criteria and although there was limited inventory we made several offers on a few homes and ultimately ended up in a place thats a great fit for our family. The sellers agent was challenging throughout the process and there were some hiccups on their end but Nick got us to the finish line and a smooth on-time closing.
