He made everything super easy for me and the whole process was a breeze. He really does take pride in his job and is probably the most efficient realtor I have met! When I reached out to him originally about the house it was over the weekend, and I expected him to say I will get with you Monday, but no he literally dropped what he was doing to show me this house and we put in an offer on that day, and the offer got accepted that day! It was amazing!! He said if I didn't show you that house right then, and someone beat us to it over the weekend I wouldn't be doing my job! He truly is great at what he does!

He was very responsive to our needs and was available whenever we needed him, by email and phone. Anyone looking to purchase a home will soon discover how lucky they are to be working with Nick. He was so wonderful to us that now we count him as a friend.Friend aside, though, Nick is a very professional real estate agent. He has more than 10 years of sales experience and is a member of both the North Carolina state Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. This has taught him listen to clients and focus on their specific wants and needs. This is especially important for first time buyers who may not know how to express their home buying desires in concrete terms. For active duty military, this is also a plus, because Nick can focus on your Relocation requirements, so you wont waste your time house hunting.We were from the Northeast, so moving south for retirement is a big change for us. Nicks knowledge of the region, both Southern Virginia and coastal North Carolina areas was most helpful. He was able to quickly identify potential properties in and around Elizabeth City, Hertford & Edenton, NC that met our unique requirements, then email them using Coldwell Bankers proprietary properties preview system. I am sure at times we tried his patience -- we asked a lot of questions, and he did not know if his work would result in a sale. In the end, we chose a home in a completely different state, due to a better tax situation over the longer term.
