We found Nick and Lisa through Dave Ramsey's preferred local vendors program. We have found that all businesses associated with with Dave Ramsey have been above our expectations. Nick sat down with us for about 4 hours to get an understanding of our financials and inform us of what was truly within our budget. It took a lot of discussion and sharing but after that we knew exactly where we stood on home purchase prices. Though nick didn't find the home we ended up purchasing (found it on facebook), he guided us through everything we needed to know. He told us what we needed to look for in a house and what the VA would or would not let get by. In fact, he helped the seller who didn't know much at all about selling. Keeping us informed of what we needed to do next, what to expect, and seeing it all happen on time as Nick explained was a huge relief to us. The process was stressful enough for us buying our fist home. Looking back it could have been much worse but our realtor and our lender made it as easy as possible for us. After working with Nick I see now that along the way, making our choices, he made recommendations about things that we did not quite understand. Every time, he was spot on about things. I believe that Nick has great insight from his experience with realty and I will always trust him as our realtor.

Working with Nick was great! He was very knowledgeable and helped me through buying a home for the first time. I've tried to buy a house several times over the years and have worked with several realtors that were less than stellar. Nick was the first one who really was able to help me get what I was looking for. I greatly appreciated his help through negotiations and with all the information he's helped me with even after we closed on the house.
