She helped with the HOA to have our house painted before salling it, she gave us every single detail about our closing costs and what to expect every step of the way, she told us when to switch the utilities, she was sure to give us advise and provided staging so we had lot of people interested in our property. Her appointment system was very straightforward and the steps from the first showings, the offer negotiations, and all the way into our closing was easy as a breeze! Her knowledge in the area we were looking for was very valuable and her willingness to take our calls and be always available was outstanding.
