ZillowVERIFIED I found Nichole through Facebook and saw how many good reviews she had, so I followed her until it was time to sell/buy. Nichole got our house sold in about a week and got us more money than I thought was possible. She was very motivated, getting us many showings. She did a beautiful description of our first house and put it up on her website(s) and social media accounts. She recommended finance people, photo people, cleaners, and inspection people. I love that she recommended a pre-inspection, so we knew where we stood to begin with. She always kept us in the loop about information and her schedule. When it came to purchasing a home, she sent us homes and came out to all kinds of locations to meet us to see them. She asked a lot of questions and wasn't afraid to bring up our concerns to the seller. She was very responsive and talked me down from the stress ledge a few times. When we found our dream home - she was right on it, getting us in within 2 hours, then putting the offer on that night, letting the realtor know we meant business - writing up all of our specifications and giving her expertise on pricing and what was realistic and what competition would be like. Our offer was accepted in about 12 hours and we couldnt be happier because of how competitive the market was. Nichole professionally got (all) the jobs done. ZillowVERIFIED Nichole Fecteau is a gosh darned rockstar. I had been looking for homes for a while and had basically given up WHEN she texted me saying she found me the perfect place. She immediately FaceTimed me in Vegas and walked me through the listing as the photographer was taking the initial photos of the property. I flew home, scheduled a showing first thing in the morning and made a FULL OFFER on the property within hours of it being live. I am very happy in my new home and the whole process was easy. She knew the area and what homes were going for and was spot on. If I had any questions she responded immediatly. She took care of everything.She is a highly energetic person who takes her job seriously and preforms above expectations. She walked us through staging the home, the photography process and the home inspection process without any pressure and on our time line. She gave us plenty of notice when the home was going to be shown so that we could get our animals out of the way. She was there when the buyers inspector came through the home and answered any questions he may of had or that we have had. There were a few things that we were not willing to do and she negotiated that aspect of it. Granted they were minor but she took care of everything.

Though I had originally intended to use Nichole as a buyer's agent, I ended up purchasing land and building a new home; therefore, I didn't need her services on the buying side. Before deciding to build, Nichole showed several houses that met my criteria, demonstrating her understanding of my needs. Nichole presented a thorough and impressive CMA, listened to my questions and concerns, and crafted a professional & realistic listing that helped sell my house within a few weeks of being put on the market. I had printed a list of questions off in preparation and she answered most of them during her explanation of what to expect, and what she brings to the table. She then patiently and thoroughly answered any remaining questions I had. She was also upfront with what her commision scale is which I greatly appreciated. I am not able to rate her negotiation skills at this time as I have not yet experienced them. Nichole was very professional & easy to work with. She came back with a list price that we thought was fair & accurate. We had a professional appraisal done & Nichole's price was spot on. Our house was professionally staged and photographed. Her excellent marketing plan got our house sold in a month for $50,000 more than the other agent wanted to list it for! If you are selling a home in Berwick or the surrounding costal Maine and New Hampshire areas, I dont think you could find a better realtor. She is an expert and she gets the job done. We had one agent previously and in the 6 months we had them, they had one showing...they also were not responsive and overall didn't care about our situation. In one month into our new contract with Nichole, we already had a few showings and in the 3rd month we finally sold our house. Here's the kicker, we never met Nichole, we heard great reviews about her and she signed on without meeting us. My husband and I had already moved from Maine to San Diego and HAD to sell our place. If you want results, have her help because you can tell she cares.
