ZillowVERIFIEDI found Nichole through Facebook and saw how many good reviews she had, so I followed her until it was time to sell/buy. Nichole got our house sold in about a week and got us more money than I thought was possible. She was very motivated, getting us many showings. She did a beautiful description of our first house and put it up on her website(s) and social media accounts. She recommended finance people, photo people, cleaners, and inspection people. I love that she recommended a pre-inspection, so we knew where we stood to begin with. She always kept us in the loop about information and her schedule. When it came to purchasing a home, she sent us homes and came out to all kinds of locations to meet us to see them. She asked a lot of questions and wasn't afraid to bring up our concerns to the seller. She was very responsive and talked me down from the stress ledge a few times. When we found our dream home - she was right on it, getting us in within 2 hours, then putting the offer on that night, letting the realtor know we meant business - writing up all of our specifications and giving her expertise on pricing and what was realistic and what competition would be like. Our offer was accepted in about 12 hours and we couldnt be happier because of how competitive the market was. Nichole professionally got (all) the jobs done.
