That was in June 2021. Fast forward to selling my mothers former home. In short, we were able to sell it for a very fair amount for both parties. Nick was responsive to all parties, and provided valuable feedback to us on working out a fair deal. In the end, everything went as planned and all parties came out good. Highly recommend Nick to anyone as his ability to analyze and strategically negotiate is a value for buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor I've ever worked with. I would not reccomend using anyone else. He got the highest amount per square foot in my neighborhood. He staged the house, paid for photographers, videographers, cleaning team and the house sold for 25k over asking. We are using this money to pay for renovations on our new house.

We tabled the conversation and then a few months ago my husband contacted Nick based on a referral from a trusted friend. Upon our first meeting we were remotivated and excited about what we might be able to get for our house. Nick painted a very clear vision and was extremely thorough. He has contacts for EVERYTHING: staging, landscaping, contractors, painters, cleaners, window repairmen, and handymen just to name a few. Nick was always available throughout the entire process and would often call within minutes of receiving an email especially during closing crunch time.
