I am an extremely busy executive and Nicholas was always available, even far outside normal business hours. Negotiations with the sellers were incredibly difficult and it was clear that they had tried to hide or cover up several serious problems with the condo. Nicholas recruited the sellers agent onto "my team" and they basically worked in the background together to make sure that I got the condo and at a fair price. I have never met a more driven or organized Realtor.
