Personally he is thoughtful, even walking in the rain to get an umbrella for my mom at closing. He went above and beyond even doing an open house when requested. ZillowVERIFIED I hired Nick Vavoulis to list an extremely difficult property. I didnt think he would even want to touch it, as it was a unique property with an odd title issue. Nick didnt flinch. He stuck with this property, and we sold fast! That closing proceeded smoothly and we closed on time. Nick was in close contact with me and the title agent as well as the mortgage broker for the buyer and the private mortgage holder to smooth out the wrinkles to make sure the closing went efficiently. I was impressed with Nick, Samantha, and Nicks entire staff. I since 2019 I have used him as a sellers agent and a buyers agent multiple times. And in the future I will use him again!

Nicholas would send me emails frequently with listings he had found to suit our needs.
