THE AGENCY AND ITS FOUNDER
Nicholas Real Estate was founded in October 1978 by Nicholas Tselepis who has been in the real estate business in the Passaic and Bergen County area since June 1976. A Civil Engineering graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Mr. Tselepis nevertheless found that his main love was manifested in his personal and deep concern for what goes on in the industry.



Guided by the strict rules of the REALTOR (R) Code of Ethics as well as by the principles of good business management, Mr. Tselepis created and directs his organization. Over the years Nicholas Real Estate clients have learned that these professional and ethical standards interpret as crucial advantages for them, for aside from offering an array of services, the agency's competent sales people pledge to promote and protect their interests.
