About Nicholas Trujillo

I am a proud Colorado native who grew up in Thornton, Colorado. After High School I attended college at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I graduated from there with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Finance. A couple months out of college I moved up to Breckenridge, Colorado and lived a fun/action packed mountainous lifestyle. There I worked as a Hill Coordinator, in charge of daily operations at the base of Peak 9 on Breckenridge Mountain. I am a current avid snowboarder and try to take advantage of that bumpy horizon to our west as often as possible. I have since joined Innovative Real Estate Group as a Full-Time Broker Associate/ Realtor. It is a smaller company that perpetuates the ideals of community, support, and education. Through Innovative I have also be lucky enough to join The Griffith Home Team. My teammates are the Griffith Brothers Dustin and Chad. The two have over 16 years of combined investing and real estate experience. We understand the financial and emotional impact of purchasing or selling a home and it is our duty to ensure that the process is both smooth and enjoyable. Nick made selling a breeze. When my later mother passed, we needed to sell the house. I asked around family and friends and someone recommended Nick, they had sold a house with him a year or so ago and had a great experience. He responded quickly, set out a to-do list for us and quickly began the tasks he needed to do before selling. There were some unusual obstacles in selling the house, but Nick quickly resolved them and when the house was put on the market, we sold in less than 24 hours. I can't recommend Nick enough. He made selling a house easy and hassle free. He turned what was a stressful time in my life into something painless and easy to work through. Nick is amazing, and he's the person I will recommend if anyone ever mentions they need to buy or sell a house!

Nick was awesome with our buying house from out of state this time and supported us every possible ways to accommodate our time sensitive need to find a home again.
