ZillowVERIFIEDNicholas is an exceptional individual. He is a fantastic real estate agent who exceeded our expectations every step of the way from finding us the right house based on our criteria to answering our questions, being responsive and reducing our effort by his exceptional customer service. Even after the sale was complete, Nicholas still made himself available to assist us with any questions and concerns. We highly recommend him and we could not have found a better real estate agent to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED I found a condo I really liked and sent my information to Nicholas, he responded right away and got me an appointment to walk the property. He then helped me decide on what to offer and I had no prior knowledge on buying a home, he coached me through the entire process and was always available if I had any additional questions. I would highly recommend Nicholas to anyone interested in buying a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas Tomanelli made the house buying process so easy. He helped me find the perfect house in the neighborhood I wanted to love in. He was thorough when walking through homes to make sure it was safe and functional for my daughters and I. Nicholas responded quickly to texts and calls. He connected me to my mortgage broker, attorney for closing and offered to help with any questions I had about purchasing a home on my own. If you are considering purchasing a new home definitely contact Nicholas Tomanelli, he will guide you through the entire process. I highly recommend Nicholas.
