ZillowVERIFIEDNick Rough helped me go through several homes in this hot market before finding an excellent place. He was knowledgeable and detailed in his time with me, and I would recommend him for anyone in the Pittsburgh area.
ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Nicholas Rough was very good. He was very helpful and professional with his service. Very approachable and understanding with any questions and information needed as well as returning calls and giving updates throughout the whole process of buying my home. I would highly recommend him for anyone else going through the home buying process.
ZillowVERIFIEDHighly recommended. Nick is a very professional, prompt and patient real estate agent with excellent interpersonal skills. I wanted to buy a property during covid19 from out of state for my son going to graduate school in Pittsburgh. Nick masterfully planned for me and my son to face time and visit several properties live, very efficiently and promptly communicated with the other agents, clearly explained the entire process and effectively ensured that all steps were followed on my behalf. He was flexible and always available for all inspections, no matter how many and what time of the day. Due to major problems with the property, I had to terminate the contract and he explained all terms and conditions. When I was going back and forth whether to proceed or not, Nick was very patient and always promptly responded to all my texts and calls (even the 5 am or 11 pm texts!) Nick provided his opinion and constructive suggestions without being pushy and always said the final decision was mine. I will DEFINITELY return to Nick for any new property purchase.
ZillowVERIFIED10/10!!! Nicholas was always available and eager to help. Communication was great and he was very quick to answer any questions that I had during the home buying process. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Nicholas Rough!!! Awesome
