Within 3 days of re-list we had a contract over list price. At first I was very back and fourth about buying a home and was very inconsistent, but Nicholas remained helpful and understanding. We communicated very well with my parents and I, he did not leave anyone out. He was there every step of the way. When I was not sure of things he made sure that I was comfortable and continued to help along the way. He tried his best to please the needs of myself and my parents. Any requests my parents had he made sure he was on top of it(even at times when he wasn't working). As it got closer to settlement he began to talk me into doing real estate as a profession, but I advised that was not me. Although, Real estate is not a profession I want to get into, I was still pleased to speak with him and listen to what Real estate was about and why he enjoys what he does. All and all I am pleased with the new home, and I will contact him again when I buy another home. Great job!
