Nicholas Linser

Since receiving my real estate license 10 years ago, I have consistently been a top-50 agent in St. John's County with over 40 sales a year on average specializing not only in residential but also certain areas of commercial real estate too. I attribute my success to hard work, determination, the belief that there is a creative solution to every situation, and the ability to focus my professional efforts on striving to help others. My work ethic comes from my parents and was reinforced by my 5 years of service in the US Navy (two combat missions to the Middle East). Prior to my service, I graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a degree in Communications and Advertising. On a personal note, I enjoy surfing, fishing, and hiking. And with my beautiful wife, our outgoing daughter, and our loyal dog Carlisle at my side, I am happy and blessed to be living a healthy, balanced life.
