Nick has been our realtor for five years. Nicholas Linser was amazing. Effectively a native of the year he was super helpful in helping us identify the areas we wanted to narrow our focus on. Additionally he has helped us find local contractors to complete the post purchase work we knew we wanted to complete prior to moving in. Lastly he went over and above by taking care of items related to the property prior to us closing. In short he was able to assist us in identifying the areas we wanted to look at along with taking our broad list of aEURoewantsaEUR? and translating that into a list of qualified homes which allowed us to spend quality time looking at a smaller number of properties versus a shotgun style approach.

Nicholas was super responsive as we had to sell our home in New York before purchasing our home in Florida. He was very clear in his communication with the selling agent and was the perfect liaison between us and the title company. Nicholas also did a lot of research on homes before we would schedule times to to view as to not waste anyones time to visit homes we would not be interested in purchasing. He communicated via text to both me and my wife, as well as email when it was important to track documents.
