About Nicholas Linser

Since receiving my real estate license 10 years ago, I have consistently been a top-50 agent in St. John's County with over 40 sales a year on average specializing not only in residential but also certain areas of commercial real estate too. I attribute my success to hard work, determination, the belief that there is a creative solution to every situation, and the ability to focus my professional efforts on striving to help others. My work ethic comes from my parents and was reinforced by my 5 years of service in the US Navy (two combat missions to the Middle East). Prior to my service, I graduated Suma Cum Laude from the University of North Florida with a degree in Communications and Advertising. On a personal note, I enjoy surfing, fishing, and hiking. And with my beautiful wife, our outgoing daughter, and our loyal dog Carlisle at my side, I am happy and blessed to be living a healthy, balanced life.

Nicholas Linser was amazing. Effectively a native of the year he was super helpful in helping us identify the areas we wanted to narrow our focus on. Additionally he has helped us find local contractors to complete the post purchase work we knew we wanted to complete prior to moving in. Lastly he went over and above by taking care of items related to the property prior to us closing. In short he was able to assist us in identifying the areas we wanted to look at along with taking our broad list of aEURoewantsaEUR? and translating that into a list of qualified homes which allowed us to spend quality time looking at a smaller number of properties versus a shotgun style approach.

Nicholas was super responsive as we had to sell our home in New York before purchasing our home in Florida. He was very clear in his communication with the selling agent and was the perfect liaison between us and the title company. Nicholas also did a lot of research on homes before we would schedule times to to view as to not waste anyones time to visit homes we would not be interested in purchasing. He communicated via text to both me and my wife, as well as email when it was important to track documents.
