ZillowVERIFIEDNicholas has been honest and trustworthy for the twenty years we have known him. Our recent sale hit a snag (the mover damaged the garage door) days before closing and Nicholas was on it. Me got an estimate that allowed us to close on time.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas was outstanding to work with. From our initial pricing discussions through staging, negotiations, and all the way to closing, he provided thoughtful, practical guidance at every step. He was always accessible and quick to respond to our questions, which made the process much smoother. One of Nicholass greatest strengths is his deep understanding of contractsaEUR"he consistently identified potential concerns in offers and helped us navigate them confidently, whether by negotiating or adjusting our response. We wouldnt hesitate to work with Nicholas again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable realtor in Lawrence.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas is amazing. From the start of the process to the papers being signed, he not only had a clear understanding of real estate law but he was able to help us negotiate the sale of our home in a timely fashion. Nicholas always was available to answer questions, help with client meetings and over all, made the process easy and fast. We have bought and sold property over our lifetime, but this was by far the best experience ever.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our second time to work with Nick, and I can honestly say that I would never consider another real estate agent. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and honest. My husband and I both trusted him throughout the search for land to purchase, and Nick definitely delivered. In addition, Nicks response time was immediate! We never had to wait for an answer to a question. He is the consummate professional. If we could give Nicholas Lerner ten stars, we would.

ZillowVERIFIED As an out-of-state home buyer with no knowledge of Kansas real estate, I needed an honest, high integrity Realtor with the patience to educate me and whom I could trust to handle all the details of the home buying process. Nick exceeded these needs and my expectations on all fronts. His deep knowledge of Douglas county and Lawrence real estate, along with his professional network of local contractors and home inspector professionals, made the remote home buying process as seamless as possible. If you are looking for an honest, high integrity and deeply knowledgeable Realtor, look no further than Nicholas Lerner.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas was the best agent I have ever worked with. I have worked with many realtors for investment and personal real estate and though many of them were excellent Nicholas was the best by every metric, communication, knowledge and performance. I would recommend him without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas is best! He will always be our real estate agent while we are in Lawrence. This was our first time selling a house (he was our agent for the original purchase) and we were in great hands again. He did an incredible job showcasing our home via amazing photography and top notch online representation. He helped us evaluate offers with super snappy and understandable recaps, and supported us to make informed choices through the negotiation process. Unexpected things came up in our inspection, and he was AMAZING coordinating repairs and contractors and getting it all done in time. He is so responsive and really made us feel like his #1 priority through the duration of the process. Can't recommend him highly enough!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second time Nicholas has been our realtor. The first time was in buying our house, which went so well we called on him to help us sell it when the time came. His attention to detail and ability to translate the facts of the deal so that YOU can make the best informed decisions is fantastic. His approach and dedication are great, and definitely gave us an edge! If the opportunity comes up again I will be using Nick. I'm pleased with the outcome of both our purchase and sale. Thank you Nick!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick shows an interest in realty other agents don't. He's interested in the psychology of the sale, lighting techniques in photography, and how to immerse technology with the practice. Highly recommend to those in the Lawrence area- he is knowledgable and will fight for you.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time working with Nick and added to our previous positive experience with him. He is a master at working through unusual situations. In our case, we needed to buy a house without being able to see it for ourselves. Nicholas took us through a video tour of the house and responded to our concerns. He also made key recommendations about the inspections that needed to be scheduled. He made all of the local arrangements for us and best of all, kept us informed every step of the way. He is very observant, and noticed a discrepancy in the amount shown in the final statement from the title company. His key strengths are his communication skills, his knowledge of the local area, and his contacts with the community. We strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the Lawrence area.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas came highly recommended, and he deserves the praise he has received. He designed a strategy to sell my house quickly, and kept me calm through the (few) anxiety-producing moments. He kept me posted on developments, and always responded quickly to emails and phone calls, even on holidays. Nicholas is knowledgeable about all aspects of house selling, and well tied in to local real estate networks. Plus he is personable and easy to work with. I recommend him enthusiastically!
