Nicholas Kozak

Nick has been a resident of Southeastern Massachusetts his entire life. His love for real estate first came as an investor and he has experience purchasing and remodeling local single family homes for the over three years prior to becoming a realtor. Through Nick's investments, he discovered a true passion for real estate and decided to go all-in on the business. Having been on both the selling and purchasing sides of his investments, he can really relate to what his clients' needs are as a consumer. He understands the psychology behind the art of negotiation and realizes the importance of exhibiting strong communication skills, taking pride in delivering an exceptional service experience for his clients. Specializing in representing buyers and sellers of residential real estate, new construction, and representing investors, he can handle the majority of most people's needs. Nick is a licensed Realtor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, Massachusetts Association of Realtors, Active Member of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce and is a Member of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Cape & Islands Multiple Listing Service. Nick holds a Bachelors degree of Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and was a public school teacher for 6 years, as well as an exhibiting fine artist. His background as an artist allows him to provide a strong sense of design and renovation advice and having been a teacher, he understands the different ways people learn and how to differentiate his services to work best for each client.
