About Nicholas Kozak

Nick has been a resident of Southeastern Massachusetts his entire life. His love for real estate first came as an investor and he has experience purchasing and remodeling local single family homes for the over three years prior to becoming a realtor. Through Nick's investments, he discovered a true passion for real estate and decided to go all-in on the business. Having been on both the selling and purchasing sides of his investments, he can really relate to what his clients' needs are as a consumer. Nick holds a Bachelors degree of Art Education from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and was a public school teacher for 6 years, as well as an exhibiting fine artist. His background as an artist allows him to provide a strong sense of design and renovation advice and having been a teacher, he understands the different ways people learn and how to differentiate his services to work best for each client. Nick was wonderful! He suggested great ideas to help sell our house and was very responsive when we had questions or concerns.
