ZillowVERIFIEDVery helpful, resourceful, extremely responsive, and excellent understanding of the properties in the area. Nick worked with me and the parties involved to get me and my family into the property for the holidays. He advised me at every step of the process and swiftly executed all the necessary steps. I am a first time homebuyer, and also so grateful for the service and the experience I have received. Thank you!

ZillowVERIFIED Day or night, Rain, snow, or shine Nick was always ready to tour houses with us. Throughout our entire home-buying process, Nick, worked hand-in-hand with us to ensure that we have the best possible home-buying experience. We worked together over a five month period of time and toward well over 30 different different properties. Nick was always very responsive to any text messages Or emails from me about setting up tours. Nicholas Jubas excellent realtor, I highly recommend anybody in the North Jersey area who is looking to buy a house to go through Nick.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was wonderfully patient and helpful during a stressful time! He knew my selling address/complex very well and the listing price he suggested was spot on! I would wholeheartedly recommend Nick and Team Juba as they are best in North Jersey! Nick always responded to my questions in record time and kindly addressed my questions and concerns while making sure I was informed during every aspect of my sale. He advised me well after the inspection report and I know my buyer appreciated the credits we offered in order to ensure closing. Thank you again!

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas is simply the best realtor we have ever worked with. My husband and I really thought that the process of purchasing our first home was going to be this big stressful nightmare. Nicholas made purchasing our first home one of the greatest experiences! He was very professional and knowledgeable. His expertise made a stressful situation feel like a walk in the park. He answered frantic emails and texts at all hours, was extremely patient explaining things anytime we had any questions, and just could not have been more supportive. He notified us and/or reminded us of so many things we did not know, or did not realize had to be completed. Recommend him highly.
