ZillowVERIFIEDNick was "Johnny on the spot" from the get go and we were able to see all 4 homes we wanted to see the same day and make our decision within our timeline. He was well researched and as interested in each home as we were. We "caught him" several times really checking things out for us. He found out answers for us quickly. He was kind, direct, honest and punctual with follow up along the whole journey. I feel very comfortable referring anyone to Nick for a great home buying or selling journey. Thank you Nick!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDNick has been amazing. Hes had our best interest in mind throughout this process. He has an incredible knowledge of the area, things for us to learn and we felt very confident in his knowledge and experience. I will recommend him every time without hesitation! ZillowVERIFIEDNick, was available at all times of the day or night. Selling a home can be stressful but he made sure we were always updated and comfortable with or decisions.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery good communicator, does what he says he will do, makes himself available when needed. Nicholas not only helped us find a home, but also assisted with getting inspections and when the sale was finalized he assisted in getting me information on utilities as well. Hands down a great man to work with.I would recommend Nicholas to anyone.
ZillowVERIFIEDNicholas Huston was a knowledgeable, fun, and upbeat realtor. Searching for my dream house was so exciting. The process of finding my perfect home felt like it took forever with how picky and indecisive I can be. Nichols was very patient and excited for me. He really did a great job!
ZillowVERIFIEDNick made this stressful process both easy and fun! He was very accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. Although this is a tough market, he found us our dream house! I would recommend 10/10!
