ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely the best! As new time home buyers in the world of COVID, we could not have asked for anyone better. So helpful and knowledgeable. We had a million questions during this process and he always made sure to provide us with as much detailed information to make this home buying process easier.

ZillowVERIFIED He showed us around the whole city with multiple different types and options. Flexible schedule, catered towards our needs...I was moving from CA so I needed all the help I could get with learning more about the different neighborhoods. He has also been helpful with answering all our questions about the area and documents for new homebuyers AFTER closing!

ZillowVERIFIED I have purchased two investment properties in the Philadelphia market and without Dan's guidance and expertise that would not have been possible. I look forward to even more success this coming 2018.

ZillowVERIFIED Assistant called me in the morning to schedule a time to view an apartment from 5:30 - 6:15. I got there at 5:50 I called Nicholas to let him know I was there and he said I was supposed to be there at 5:30 and I told him his assistant told me from 5:30 - 6:15 so he said he was going to drive back that he was close by. I waited 45 minutes in the rain waiting for him. Then I decided to call him and he said he was there waiting for 3 minutes then left, I was standing there in the rain, never even called me. That wasn't nice to waste my time and keep me waiting.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have had the pleasure of partnering with Nick in purchasing and renting two of our properties in the Philadelphia area. He has a great pulse on the market and knows the Philadelphia region well. He is fantastic at listening to what you are looking for, aligning properties that will fit your scope and budget and is side by side with you every step in the purchasing, selling or renting process. I highly recommend that you contact Nick Giganti as he is not just a great realtor, but will be a friend life.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was my right hand, as I was selling in Philly yet live in CT. He was very professional and responsive and reassuring. My trust level in him was so high that I gave him power of attorney to sign for me at closing. I recommend Nick Giganti 100%!

ZillowVERIFIED Nick worked with my fiancA(C) and me for months to find the perfect home. He was patient, and well educated on all of the neighborhoods in the city. He listened to our likes and dislikes and searched the market for the perfect home for us. Nick made himself available, and worked around our busy work schedules. When it came time to negotiate, Nick got the job done, and landed us the house we wanted at the price we wanted. I would confidently recommend Nick Giganti to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED To whom it may concern, We asked Nick to be our realtor because we were having trouble finding a house to move into. After we talked with Nick, he understood what we wanted and knew exactly what houses to show us. He put us at ease and made it a stress free experience. Nick started working with us right away. He knows the area extremely well and showed us a long list of homes until we picked the one we liked in Society Hill. It was a beautiful house in a great neighborhood with a small patio area and PARKING! Without Nick's hard work, dedication and support we would have never found our dream home. Nick was very kind and thoughtful and was always there to answer our questions. His willingness to make us happy was exemplary. Nick had a great attitude and should be an example for other realtors to emulate. He also worked very hard in getting us the best price for our house. We owe him a huge debt of gratitude. He left us completely satisfied. We defiantly recommend Nicholas Giganti as a realtor for anyone moving to the Philadelphia area. He really makes you feel like you are more than just a client! Thanks again, Zach Kemp Philadelphia, PA.
