Mr. Devitz was very professional and knowledgeable from the beginning process of selling my home! AndaEUR|as the short time went on (since my home was sold very quickly) was sure I could not have had a better selling agent. In my opinion, Mr. Devitz is the best!!

ZillowVERIFIEDHe was great told us everything up front help my mom out by taking her to the house to make sure the house was clean for the final walk through and to settlement. House was under contract in under a week. My wife and I used him to sell our house and for the purchase of our new home. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family again

ZillowVERIFIED I was referred to Nick from my friends that he helped them buy a home. I had a really bad experience with my previous realtor and once I started working with Nick, everything seems so much easier. It made me feel comfortable to put my trust in him with helping me find a home for my son and I! I am super grateful for his knowledge, dedication and patience

Excellent communicator! I cannot say enough great stuff about Nick. He is part of our family now. From start to finish he answered all the questions and made sure I was in the loop everyday. I was so nervous about putting my home on the market and Nick came through on every level. I am looking forward to working with him in the future. I recommend him to all of my military friends. He understands the complexity of a Military family and that was so important to us. So grateful for Nick! This is the realtor you want on your side.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent communication and follow through on a very fast closing. Kept me up to date about any delays or concerns and was very quick in getting necessary documents to me. I'm hoping this is the last home I buy but if not, I'll be sure to try and work with Nick again.

ZillowVERIFIED Best realtor I have worked with. Nick was involved in my search for a new home and was refreshingly honest when I indicated that I wanted his opinions. He guided me through the purchasing process and made it simple. It is not often to find a realtor that understands what his clients want and need. For me it was no high pressure sales technique and I wanted a good experience and that is what Nick delivered. Together we found a perfect space for me at the right price point. I recommend Nick Devitz without hesitation whether you are a buyer or selling a property.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick Devitz was wonderful to work with. He was helping at a very rough time in my life. I lost my dad and had my house on the market and nick took control of everything while I was going through all of this. He had numerous clients come through and made very reasonable suggestions to help me sell my home. I would let him sell my home again with no hesitation. He also helped me with my dads home as well. He is very nice and helpful.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick is a professional who does more than what is expected. When we first moved to the area in Dec 2014, we were looking for a place to rent. I contacted several agents via Zillow to see if we could rent properties instead of buy. None worked out. But Nick called us back a couple weeks later and asked if we had found anything. We had not, but he had come up with a promising solution. And it worked! Thus, when we decided to look for a house to buy (because we love this area so much), it was a no-brainer in deciding to go with Nick Devitz. He helped us find the home we are in and made the buying process very easy. Nick is very responsive, caring and professional. We highly recommend Nick Devitz for all your realtor needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Nick was very friendly when we had to deal with him. We were told from the beginning that Nick would be on our side and he definitely showed us that through the whole process, he always was looking out for our best interests. Nick was very honest with us and told us exactly what we had to do and when we had to do it, he painted a very clear picture for us along the way. If Nick didn't know how to answer a question we asked him, he would find out and respond to us in a timely manner. I've talked to a few other people who have purchased houses recently and I am very thankful that our realtor Nick responded to any concerns we had fast and direct. We would recommend Nick Devitz to all of our Family, Friends, and any other person buying/selling a home.
