Working with Nick was an exceptional experience. He not only had a deep understanding of the local market in the Myersville area, but he also went above and beyond to help us sell our house. I have sold and bought more than five houses in my lifetime and was very impressed by how organized Nick was. He provided a written report on the market and an appraisal of my property the first time we met and he was spot-on on the price we wanted to list the house for. He also ensured a photographer catch a great view or the house inside and out which made the listing more attractive to buyers.
