At some point durning our search, we finally came across Nick Carbone. Since day one, he has been professional, kind, truthful and patient. I can't remember a time he was not able to provide us with information or answers our questions. Not only is he knowledgeable in real-estate law and the areas he services but he also has a keen eye and broad know-how on home improvement. Nick puts the "C" in competent. It was so nice having a realtor who knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. He listens and he's understanding. He did everything he could to help us on our quest. This was my second time buying a home, but felt like my first, and Nicks expertise and advice was invaluable. We had no experience of the area, but after exploring with Nick, it was a piece of cake!!It was a crazy ride with my first home, but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we loved the best!
