ZillowVERIFIED What a pleasure it was working with Nicholas Caravella. One of the best in the game! Nicholas was a huge help with answering any questions i had with full confidence to answering my phone calls and text at anytime i reached out to him. He know a lot when it comes down to selling and does his homework before sitting down with you and coming up with a game plan. When it came down to negotiating, he was able to get me above asking price which i wasn't expecting, but he made it happen. Very energetic, well spoken, and a very presentable person. He is Excellent at what he does and i would highly highly recommend using him.

In this competitive housing market, those are key skills to have in order to secure the house that you want. I highly recommend Nicholas to anyone who is looking to buy a house.

ZillowVERIFIED Nicholas helped me buy my first home, amazing support in a such milestone moment! I wanted to see a range of different listings, and he happily guided me until I was ready to narrow my search. I found my home in a week! Was present from the offer, to inspection, through the mortgage process all the way to closing. I highly recommend working with him!
