ZillowVERIFIED Finding nick was just luck for us. We was buying our fist home and we just got paired with a realtor our lender Refered. When you get in this buying process my fist advise is to do your research, research, research, research. Go to YouTube learn everything there is to know about buying a home. What makes a good realtor from a bad one. We didnt and end up with a not so passionate realtor. We had to do her job basically. We was thinking why do we need a realtor at this point, if we are doing all the work ourselves. We were constantly on Zillow, looking at houses. We will find homes and get the numbers to call the agents to see if the houses were still available. Thats how we met Nicholas. In one of those calls he answered and was like hey! the house your inquiring about its sold, however If you will like I can help you find more options around the area. He didnt care to run and say, sign here I will be your realtor. No simply I'm here to help. Next day, I was getting so many choices of homes in my inbox to see. And he kept send us a message hey! Have a look let me know if anything catches your interest. We was a thought cookie, we wanted a home we love, but were working with a small budget. We wanted a house that looked in great condition, something that it was supper difficult with our small budget, but he took on that challenge. Its not easy he had all the strategies available to us so we could win our dream home because In NJ is really competitive and you will get outbid real fast. You need someone who knows the market like he does. He show up prepared to our fist meeting with a folder on how the process was going to play out. It was a first time homebuyers guide. It was very helpful. I kept going to it at every step of the process to remember what was happening next. He was prepared. He has a team of people ready to help. He had options for us of people he recommended and they dint let us down. Everyone was so professional just as he was. We was on time and his team was on top of things, I wish I could say that about the sellers lawyer, they was delayed on closing but Nicholas got on it, and the sellers team finally finish and got us to closing two days later. of and delivered our dream home. Its perfect because we been able to put in our final touches.

She was never around when we needed her and wouldn't return texts or messages for entire days! Anyone looking at "hot" properties knows that you need to be on your A-Game. These places tend to all taken by the time you even see the property posted :(BIG MISTAKE!!!Nick found us at our wits end and scooped us up under his wing.
