My husband and I took our time finding a house. We wanted to know the good, the bad and the ugly for each house, being first time home buyers & soon to be home owners. We went to see our house on a whim. It wasnt on our list and Nick thought it could be a good fit. A neighborhood with other kids, close to the highways to get to work, and a fenced in yard for our dog. Nick went above and beyond to give us as much information on each house as he could find out. He gave suggestions on things to negotiate and things that were in our favor. He worked with us and our constant questions, at random times, happily until we found our first home. He helped us understand each step, before and while it was happening and making sure we were comfortable moving forward. He made one of the biggest purchases of our lives one of the smoothest transition. We still live in our home in Camp Hill today. We couldnt be happier with Nick and his work ethic.
