ZillowVERIFIED First and foremost i want to applaud her patience. As first time home buyers, we really didnt know much of what we wanted, and had no real knowledge of the home buying process. I am personally someone you have to repeat the same thing over and over again to really get what youre saying , and she did it with grace and kindness. She was incredibly knowledgeable of not only mortgage lenders, but what each type of loan is and what would qualify. She walked us not only through houses in our price range, but explained what would and wouldnt be covered by our loans. We also had a situation where a bank prequalified us, and then immediately turned us down when we applied, and she sent us to another lender , where not only were we accepted, but had a smaller downpayment! She was also quite responsive to all of my " out of hours" questions about things she had already explained to me ?? Her negotiation skills are absolutely impeccable as well! We have recommended her to everyone who talks to us about buying a home. Between her professionalism and her " get it done " attitude , she is , in my opinion , the best real estate agent in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I are from WI and needed to move to Elmira, NY for his residency program. I was 8 months pregnant and we needed a house fast... it could have been extremely stressful but Nichol made the entire process as smooth & easy as first time home buyers could ever hope! She gave me multiple ways to get ahold of her and was always very quick to get back to me. To this day, she is still incredibly helpful (even several months after we already purchased our home). My husband's residency program is 5 years and we will be moving after that so before we invest too much money on large projects I have contacted her to get her advice on resale value. She has always been very honest and helpful! She knows this area very well, and if you ever need a recommendation for a specialist in another area I can almost guarantee she will know someone great for the job! She didn't even ask me to give her a review, but I was just thinking how thankful I am that she STILL answers all of my (many) questions without ever acting like I am a burden! Once I met Nichol, I felt very much at ease. She answered questions I had and also got answers for me on other issues that the first realtor didn't get for me. In the end, we found the house where we are now and the first time we saw it listed, she got me into see the home that very same afternoon and we submitted a purchase offer thanks to Nichol that evening. I can't thank her enough for her work and persistence to get us into this house.

ZillowVERIFIED Always responsive, I really don't know how she types so fast in IMs! Even though my house wasn't in her normal area, she was well aware of the neighborhood and the value of the house. She was aggressive in getting the word out on my house, with 12 showings the first week! She kept up the work and the showings kept coming. After the offer, she helped in the negotiation when the owner wanted a buy back. Making sure I got what I wanted for the house even with the buy back. She made sure all documents were clear and accurate and submitted in time.
