ZillowVERIFIEDGood customer service is very hard to come by so when you receive great customer service it makes one that much more appreciative. Nichelle was willing to assist my husband and I in anyway we needed...from house searches, to viewings, recommending services, and ensuring that we understood each step of the process of buying a home. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home, by the way I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Truly, this woman was really good. Knowledgeable, responsive, patient, aggressive when-needed, and just plain pleasant to deal with. I found Nichelle through recommendations on this site (I had no choice, I live 1000 miles away). And though I am an experienced buyer/seller, and a past agent myself, my expectations were far exceeded with Nichelle. I felt she was always reachable, always handled things quickly and with care, and had good results because of it. You will not be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank You NIchelle. I had the best experience with Nichelle. I am a first time buyer and she made it effortless on her end.Moving after 26 years is a mind blowing experience. Nice to have someone to call and she handled everything as I wanted. She was patient. September we spotted the property and October I am closing and moving in. In time for the trick or treaters. I will sing your praises as long as I can think back to buying my home. I will also refer her to anyone who I know is looking to buy anything real estate involved. Again Thank You Nichelle.

ZillowVERIFIED Very pleased with Nichelle's work. She sold 4 properties faster than it took 2 different brokers from different companies to sell one! Seems that she buyers lined up and if someone wanted to back out there were replacements. Will use her again. That's a no-brainer!

ZillowVERIFIED Nichelle is a true professional. She helped me sell a property last year and now we are working on another deal. She gives good advice and knows what it takes to attract buyers in this slowly recovering market. She is pleasant, responsive and reliable which is why we continue to work together. She is computer savvy and I love using the auto sign docs...it just makes life so much easier when you are always on the go.
